Britney Spears’ husband Sam Asghari calls married life “a fairy tale” three weeks after the wedding.

Sam Asghari finds himself in the newlywed bubble three weeks after his lavish wedding to Britney Spears.

The Iranian-American actor sat down with Good Morning America on Wednesday to talk about his new project, but the conversation soon turned to married life.

Sam gushed that being married to the pop icon was “a fairy tale” as he showed correspondent Will Reeve his wedding ring.

Sam, who appeared on the US show to talk about his new movie Hot Seat, flashed his gold ring and joked, “I have to wear this thing now.”

“It’s beautiful, it’s a good stone. It’s hard, so I train with it.’

“It was just surreal,” he added, to be married. “It’s been a minute, it was way overdue for us. We imagined the thing like a fairy tale, and it was.”

The couple, who met on the set of the singer’s 2016 music video for Slumber Party, wed on June 9 at Britney’s home in Thousand Oaks, California. Sam proposed in September 2021 after five years together.

While the couple was having their dream day, there was drama at the wedding after Britney’s ex-husband Jason Alexander tried to crash the wedding.

It was alleged on Monday that Jason tried to enter Britney’s bedroom while she was in it.

A former security guard for Britney, 40, testified for Jason during a preliminary hearing on Monday reports that Jason tried to open her bedroom door even though it was locked TMZ. Britney was in the room at the time.

The guard, who was fired as a result of the crash, claimed Alexander repeatedly said he needed to speak to Britney and was looking for her, even though he wasn’t on the guest list.

Britney’s former guardian claimed Jason went straight into the pop star’s bedroom after sneaking onto her property and entering the main house.

The guard also said Jason had been spotted numerous times leading up to the wedding at the edge of their property.

He claimed Jason was also seen the day before the wedding, although he had been told to stay away from the property.

A Ventura County Sheriff’s Detective also served as a witness and testified that Britney had called Alexander “scary” during a conversation with her longtime agent Cade Hudson.

Jason pleaded not guilty to four counts when he was arraigned in a Ventura, California court earlier this month for attempting to destroy the pop idol’s wedding last week armed with a knife.

Dressed in blue prison jumpsuits over an orange singlet, Alexander, who was livestreaming his efforts to derail the wedding, denied one count of stalking, one count of battery, one count of vandalism, and one count of trespassing and refusing to pay Spears 7, $4 million Thousand Oaks estate where she married longtime fiancé Sam Asghari that day.

Despite his disruption, the wedding went smoothly. But the following day, June 10, the newlyweds were granted a restraining order against Alexander, forcing him to stay at least 100 yards from them or their home. On June 13, a judge granted Britney a three-year restraining order against Jason.

At the 15-minute hearing, Ventura County Superior Court Judge Catherine Voelker posted bail of $100,000 and ordered Alexander to appear again for a “pre-trial risk assessment.”

The judge told Alexander – who appeared in court via video link from the local jail – that he would not be allowed to contact, tease, harass Britney and Britney if he managed to raise the $100,000 bail on the stalking charges against her new husband, and not to come within 100 meters of them for three years.

Spears married Alexander, her childhood friend, in January 2004 in Las Vegas. The marriage was annulled 55 hours later when Spears’ lawyers claimed the singer had “no sympathy for her action.”

Spears was previously married to Kevin Federline from 2004 to 2007, with whom she has two sons, ages 15 and 16.

She met Asghari on the set of the video for her song “Slumber Party” in 2016.

According to Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputies, just hours before the fairytale ceremony, Alexander climbed over a fence and down a rocky cliff to access the blonde singer’s 20-acre property in an exclusive gated community.

As he walked toward Spears’ 12,464-square-foot Italian-style mansion, he reportedly yelled, “I’m Jason Alexander. The first husband. I’m here to crash the wedding.’

MPs say he then entered the wedding tent, where Spears, 40, was soon to be married, and exclaimed, “She’s my first wife, she’s my only wife.”

After allegedly fighting with Britney’s security guards, he was wrestled to the ground and later arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor, battery, vandalism and trespassing. The law enforcement fee was only added on Monday.

One of the security guards involved in the incident was also granted a restraining order against Alexander.

In their request for a restraining order, Spears and Asghari, 28, alleged that Alexander was carrying a knife when he was arrested.

According to TMZ, Britney has since fired the security personnel who were present during the crash and replaced them with a brand new team.

Alexander’s bail was set at $100,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court again on July 12, according to TMZ. He has been in prison since his arrest on June 9th.
