Representatives for the 42-year-old TV personality told TMZ Monday that Margera was staying at a hotel in Deerfield Beach, Fla., where Broward’s sheriff’s deputy and a crisis intervention team were on hand to speak to the ailing TV star.

Margera’s parents, Phil and April Margera, were on hand for an intervention with the Jackass graduate, his outlet representatives told him, and other relatives called to speak to him amid the emotional time frame.

Insiders close to Margera said he had asked to see his four-year-old son, Phoenix, and authorities told him he needed further treatment before that would be allowed.

Margera agreed to move to a new rehab facility and was headed there as of Monday night.

Margera was found after his wife, Nicole Boyd Margera, publicly asked the Jackass graduate to return to the Florida rehab facility he had been at. A rep for Nicole, 38, told TMZ earlier Monday that she wanted him to check back into the LifeSkills residence in Deerfield Beach, Fla., and finish his program there.

Nicole, who shares four-year-old son Phoenix with Bam, says she’s concerned for his well-being and doesn’t know where he might be since she left the facility, her rep said.

Insiders close to the Viva La Bam star, whose full name is Brandon Cole Margera, told the outlet that the reality star left the facility out of concern that he would not see his son again and that he was concerned that he wouldn’t be able to tease him when he’s in rehab.

Nicole’s rep said she felt she was unjustly blamed for his departure from the facility, as she said she supported him in moving from California to Florida.

She said she prayed for Bam to return to the facility and continue his treatment.

Nicole spoke days after Bam left the facility for the second time in as many weeks.

A spokesman for the Broward County Sheriff’s Office told Page Six that Bam was “wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants and black sneakers” when he was last seen at the facility at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Margera has been living in rehab facilities for nearly a year after a September 2021 incident in which authorities answered an emotional disturbance call at the Don CeSar Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Officials took Margera to a local rehab facility in response to a legal order requiring police to take him to rehab.

On June 13, Margera was reported missing from a rehab facility in Delray Beach, Florida and was found at a local hotel two days later.

Sources told TMZ that police and a crisis intervention team took Margera back to a different rehab facility and that he did not fight back. Insiders told the outlet Margera is unlikely to relapse and were upset that he wasn’t getting “special treatment” from staff at the first facility, prompting him to leave.
