Drake is finally unloading his massive Hidden Hills, California mansion known as the “Yolo Mansion,” but it’s nearly $3 million below its original asking price.

The 35-year-old hitmaker sold the property in the celebrity-packed area for $12 million, despite originally asking for $14.8 million in a deal that was finalized on Friday, according to TMZ.

The “Yolo Estate” consists of three houses, but this is the main property since the two smaller houses were bought by Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford for $11 million.

Drake originally put the properties on the market in March after buying another Beverly Hills mansion from Robbie Williams for a staggering $50 million.

The main lot boasts an impressive 12,500 square feet, but that could expand significantly for anyone with deep pockets looking to purchase one of the other two lots.

The three lots total 15 acres and are conveniently located down a cul-de-sac for privacy. The trio can be purchased for $22.2 million.

The house has a classic English Tudor style that contrasts with the exaggerated exterior, including a pool adorned with statues of nude women.

The outlet notes that the mansion is filled with luxuries, including a 25-seat movie theater for watching movies.

Wine lovers will appreciate the mansion cellar as well as a tasting room for selecting the perfect vintage.

Fittingly, Drake’s master bedroom is the centerpiece of the home, boasting 2,000 square feet of space with an attached spa and marble soaking tubs to indulge in.

Rayni Williams and Branden Williams are representing the listing for The Beverly Hills Estates.

The In My Feelings rapper and singer previously converted his Hidden Hills estate into his own Playboy mansion, aerial photos obtained by DailyMailTV showed.

Drake’s House has its own swimming grotto and swim-up bar. There are also large statues of nude women in and around the water and a waterfall cascading from the hot tub above.

In fact, it was the swimming pool that first drew Drake to the property – and he had his sights set on it for years.

Drake spent $7.7 million to buy the six-bedroom, eleven-bathroom home from Saddle Ranch owner Larry Pollack.

The musician admitted it was a steal because the house was originally listed for $27 million.

Many of the features of the property – like the statues of women – were already there when Drake moved in. And the occupation of the previous owner explains why a stubborn wild horse sits in its own enclosure on the premises.

Though he owns no horses and thus has little use for the stables, Drake has several animal statues scattered throughout, including a 60-foot model of a crocodile alongside the mechanical bull.

And he kept the full-size beach volleyball court that came with the house, complete with sand.

The pool, which Drake had his eye on for so many years, seems to be the center of attention when it comes to the star’s home, aerial photos show.

In addition, there is an 80-foot slide, an outdoor fireplace next to the pool, and multiple plasma TVs.

But the grounds aren’t just for entertaining Drake’s guests.

He also has plenty of space to indulge his active side with a tennis court and a basketball court. Drake is known to be a fan of both sports.

Drake christened his property YOLO (You Only Live Once) Estate – after his hit song – and even had a sign outside which he got rid of after it was stolen several times.

And just in case it wasn’t clear this is the ultimate bachelor pad, the star admitted that when bringing women home, he “loves to flick a switch next to a bookshelf that swings open to round his bedroom.” to reveal”.

But the house isn’t just there for Drake to show the world he’s the Second Coming of Hugh Hefner.

He has also made it a place for his family and friends to visit.

Drake bought the two neighboring properties in 2016 and 2018 respectively so that guests could stay there. And although his home was listed for sale for $20 million in 2017, the star has no intention of selling it.

It turned out to be marketed as a bug.
