138 days after his birth, the baby formerly known as Wolf still seems to have no name.
In a world where, for some people, keeping up with the Kardashians is as natural as breathing, you’ll still be forgiven if you forget that Kylie Jenner gave birth to her second child earlier this year.
She and boyfriend Travis Scott announced their son was born on Feb. 2, 2022 — the day after their four-year-old daughter Stormi’s birthday.

Shortly after his birth, Kylie posted on Instagram that his name was Wolf – but the following month she announced they had had a change of heart.
“FYI, our son’s name isn’t Wolf anymore,” she wrote on her Instagram story. “We just didn’t feel like it was him. Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere.”
The clarification came shortly after Kylie shared a 10-minute documentary chronicling her pregnancy and the birth of her son, including heartfelt messages to him from her mother, Kris Jenner, and her sisters.
But things have been unusually quiet on the baby front since then, aside from the occasional glimpse of his feet in Kylie’s vlogs and social media posts.
Kylie even appeared to be attending her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding in Italy with just Stormi, as their newborn was not featured in any of the family’s social media posts.
The star didn’t address her child’s absence, instead sharing a selection of photos of herself and her daughter in Europe alongside the caption: “Just me, Storm and Coconut [Stormi’s doll] travel the world together ✨♥️”
Recently, Kylie, Stormi and Travis were spotted out in Houston, Texas, but there was no sign their youngest child was with them.
And while Kylie didn’t waste time sharing photos of Stormi’s face after she was born, fans are yet to catch a glimpse of their son nor has his name been announced.
The decision seems particularly odd given that Kylie’s online presence has skyrocketed since birth and there are signs that she is returning to her “King Kylie” roots.
This references the 24-year-old billionaire’s teenage years, when she shared incredibly candid, funny and lighthearted videos with her followers, something she’s been doing a lot more of in recent months.
Understandably, people have taken notice of their son’s extreme absence from the public eye, with one person tweeting, “Did Kylie Jenner’s son even exist or was that just a dream?”
Another wrote: “Kylie Jenner withholding her son’s name for MONTHS is beyond weird to me.”
Her 351 million Instagram followers were thrilled on Sunday when she shared a photo of Travis with her kids for Father’s Day.

But the photo’s choice actually raised more questions than it answered, and many were puzzled by how fuzzy and open-ended it is.

A brown heart emoji covers the four-month-old’s face, while Stormi lies next to Travis’ legs, her face in view and her eyes closed.
“What the heck?” One person commented on a Reddit forum. Another wrote: “This is the worst pic she could have picked lol. Why is it so blurry? I also find it odd that she puts a heart in his face but Stormi exposes it.”
Another agreed: “Why is it ok that she posts Stormi but not her son? I don’t get it.” And a fourth commented, “Of all the photos…that?” The same user later added, “It’s blurry for starters and surely there would be many other options? It doesn’t look too cute to me, but I think it’s nice to see Travis ‘in action’ with his kids.”
Kylie also posted a photo of Travis and the baby’s feet, with the father-son duo wearing matching Nike trainers.

Meanwhile, Kylie’s sister Khloé Kardashian admitted last month that she doesn’t know when her new nephew’s name will be announced. She said on the Not skinny but not fat Podcast: “I don’t know. But I didn’t know she would even post what she posted.”
Khloé also revealed that it was she who came up with the name Wolf, adding, “I like the name Wolf, by the way. wolf was cool But I’m not offended that she doesn’t like Wolf anymore.”
Fans previously suspected Kylie had changed the name from Wolf because of her former best friend Tammy Hembrow, who has a six-year-old son named Wolf, and made a series of shady comments after Kylie revealed the name.
Just hours after Kylie’s Instagram post on Feb. 11, Tammy uploaded a photo of herself with her son and added the caption, “My wolf 🤎”
She went on to write “Wolfie’s mom” when she shared another post, and if there was any doubt about how she felt about Kylie’s baby name, the then-pregnant influencer made it even clearer when she responded to a comment from a fan.
The follower had written on her TikTok post, “ALL I KNOW THEY NAME HER BABY BENTLEY,” to which Tammy replied, “I actually like the name Stormi atm.”
Kylie has not commented on the speculation or offered an explanation for her and Travis’ change of heart.
