Ozzy Osbourne is reportedly hoping to renew his vows to celebrate 40 years of marriage to his wife Sharon after undergoing life-changing surgery.
The Black Sabbath legend, 73, had grueling surgery on Monday to adjust pins placed in his neck and spine after a near-fatal ATV crash in 2003 and subsequent fall in 2013.
Sharon, 69, flew back to Los Angeles from London earlier this week to support the rocker.

But despite his health concerns and Parkinson’s disease, friends say he wants to make a big effort to exchange vows again four decades after they first tied the knot.
A companion of the couple told The mirror how the TV legend was hoping to celebrate the happy occasion in Maui – the They first exchanged vows on the island of Hawaii in July 1982.
They told the publication: “Ozzy may have been waiting to get his neck and back sorted out after extensive leg pain which has resulted in his being unable to walk for an extended period of time.

“But while that was his hope, he always wants to treat Sharon to something special on her 40th.
“They renewed their vows in Vegas, but he was hoping to fly them to Maui for a break to commemorate their big day.”
The family friend added: “He hopes his recovery will be short and nerve damage repaired so he can treat his wife.
“Ozzy may have been through the mills in recent years, but his spirit and desire to show Sharon just how bright their love burns remain.”

The couple previously renewed their vows in Las Vegas in 2017 after it was revealed Ozzy had been unfaithful to Sharon. At the time, he said: “For me, it was actually our real wedding day.
“That’s the one I’ll remember.
“Sharon and I have been through so much and it really feels like a fresh start.”

On Thursday, Ozzy confirmed he is “recovering comfortably” at home after undergoing “major” spine surgery this week.
Following the procedure, the music icon took to Twitter on Thursday to let fans know he’s back home and thank them for their well wishes.
Ozzy, who also has Parkinson’s disease, tweeted: “I’m home from hospital now and recovering comfortably.

“I definitely feel the love and support of all my fans and I send a big thank you to everyone for their thoughts, prayers and well wishes during my recovery.”
Pictures taken on Tuesday showed Ozzy being pushed into one The Los Angeles hospital parking lot as wife Sharon, 69, looked on after being discharged just a day after surgery.
It comes after Sharon said Ozzy was “on the road to recovery” and doing “fine” after undergoing a major surgery on Monday that could “dictate the rest of his life”.
In an update to her Instagram Story on Tuesday, she wrote, “Our family would like to express so much gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love and support that has led to Ozzy’s surgery!
“Ozzy is fine and on the mend! Your love means the world to him.
A family source recently told Page Six that the metal influencer was going through a “long convalescence” that would likely require a home nurse for some time.
They said: “Ozzy is 73 and any kind of surgery as you get older is difficult,” they added. “That’s pretty important. He has realigned the pins in his neck and back since he had a fall in 2019.

Ozzy has Parkinson’s disease and previously suffered a bad fall and dislodged metal bars in his spine after a quad bike accident in 2003.
Oh no, Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkin Syndrome back in 2005. It has similar symptoms to Parkinson’s (pictured in 2010).
