“It would be so much fun. Dress the little guy… I’m getting ready for that.”
It looks like Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian are taking their relationship to the next level — or at least Pete hopes so!
In a preview clip of his upcoming interview on Kevin Hart’s talk show, Heart to heartthe Saturday night live Alum opened up about his hopes of eventually starting a family, admitting the prospect of becoming a father is his “dream.”
“[I’m] definitely a family man,” he said after gushing about his relationship with his mother Amy and younger sister Casey.
“My favorite thing I have yet to achieve is I want to have a child,” he said, clearly excited about the idea. “It’s like my dream. It’s like super cheesy.”
Kevin quickly interjected, assuring Pete that his “super cheesy” dream is nothing to be ashamed of. “It’s the best damn thing you can do in life,” he said.
In response, Pete spoke in a little more detail about how he’s working towards the next chapter in his life, admitting that he’s “preparing” to become a better person for the sake of his future children.
“It would be so much fun. Dress the little guy,” he said, grinning from ear to ear at the prospect of his own mini-me.
“I’m so excited for this chapter, so I’m just getting ready for it right now, just trying to be as good a guy as I can, to keep evolving and getting better, so it’s easier when that happens,” he added.
If Pete is hoping to be a father anytime soon, it’s probably wise to include Kim in the equation, who, as I’m sure you know, is already a mother to four children – North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3 – with her ex-husband Kanye West.
If you’re a fan of Kim, you know that she’s been vocal about her struggles with pregnancy and fertility, eventually choosing to welcome Chicago and Psalm via surrogacy after experiencing serious complications with her first two pregnancies was faced.
But with that said, the Skims founder recently shocked fans by subtly hinting that she would be open to expanding her family.
In an interview with Access Hollywood in April, Kim and her sisters were asked to hold up a photo of the siblings, who they imagine would have as many children as Kris Jenner, who is apparently a mother of six.
While the whole family held up the paddle with Kourtney’s face, Kim also secretly held up and confirmed that she’s not ruling out the idea of having more children.
In addition to this subtle hint, Kim has already made it clear that she has had her eye on Pete’s father’s potential for some time, revealing earlier in their relationship that finding a partner who is great with children is important to her can.

Reflecting on Travis Barker’s relationship with Kourtney’s children during a recent episode of The Kardashians — which appeared to have been shot in December or January, about three months after her romance with Pete — Kim admitted she’s looking forward to bringing a stepfather into her children’s lives.
She said hearing 12-year-old Mason Disick’s enthusiasm about having a new stepdad made her realize that “everything will work out” when her children are eventually introduced to their new partner.
“Hear how [Mason] getting along with Travis and loves being around someone, I’m just like, ‘Okay, there’s hope. Someday I’ll have someone who can come over and hang out with the kids,’” she said in her confessional, taking a call from Pete seconds later.

And it seems Kim and Pete aren’t the only ones hoping for a new addition to the family in the near future.
Back in March, Pete’s mom, Amy, subtly revealed she was ready to be a grandma after replying to a fan who wrote on Instagram that Kim “will be pregnant with [Pete’s] child by the end of the year.”
“Yayyyy!” Amy responded to the comment, making it clear that she more than agrees with the prospect.
