Father’s Day is a day marked by loving tributes to the father figures in our lives, and many stars also join the Sunday celebrations.
Prince William, father of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, celebrated Sunday by sharing an adorable new photo of him with the children.
“I wish fathers and grandfathers all over the world a happy Father’s Day today!” official twitter account as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge captioned the photo.
The photo released on Sunday shows a different background but appears to have been taken when the British royals visited Jordan last autumn. Another family photo was released in December as their annual Christmas card photo.

Prince Louis, the youngest of Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, caused a stir at Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee earlier this month, stealing the thunder from his grandmother with his meme-worthy expression during the celebrations.
Louis turned 4 at the end of April, while his sister Charlotte turned 7 earlier last month. Her brother George, the eldest of the three, will be 9 next month.

Hawn also paid tribute to Russell in an exuberant Instagram post. “How can I explain the gratitude and love I have for the most amazing father who has given us all so much in this life,” Hawn wrote alongside a photo of the couple sharing a kiss.

Anderson Cooper reflects on losing his father as a child
Anderson Cooper is celebrating his first Father’s Day as a father of two, but the CNN host is also reflecting on his own grief.
“For much of my life, Father’s Day was the day I avoided, either by pretending it didn’t exist or by forgetting what day it was,” Cooper wrote. “The pain of the memory was just too great. Losing my father, who died when I was ten years old, was so painful and sometimes still is.”
Cooper continued, “But today I celebrated Father’s Day and remembered my dad Wyatt with little Wyatt and Sebastian and their dad Benjamin. I can’t believe how lucky I am.”
