They don’t call him Tristan “Third Trimester” Thompson for nothing!
As he and Khloé Kardashian await the “imminent” birth of their second child via surrogate, the NBA star is partying across Europe.
Thompson was spotted strolling the streets of Mykonos, Greece, on Friday afternoon before stopping to enjoy a leisurely lunch, according to photos obtained by The Daily Mail.
The 31-year-old Chicago Bulls player looked relaxed and happy while clad in a short-sleeved paisley print button-down and matching shorts, which he paired with crisp white sneakers, sunglasses and lots of silver necklaces.
The night before, Thompson treated himself to a five-star steak prepared by famed Turkish chef Nusret “Salt Bae” Gökçe.
“Treasure dear brother 🙏🤞,” he wrote on an Instagram story in which Gökçe cuts a prime piece of beef. In another clip, the basketball player could be seen recreating the butcher’s famous salt-seasoning technique.
Last weekend – days before news of his growing family broke – Thompson was in London, where he was spotted with another matching set while backstage enjoying the Wireless Festival.
“Tristan Thompson is everywhere but around his kids 😂,” read a comment below a TikTok video of the athlete recording Giveon and singing “Heartbreak Anniversary.”
“He’s going to have a British kid in 9 months,” another social media user quipped, before someone else joked that Thompson was “trying to get a baby mama overseas.”
Thompson earned the unflattering nickname “Third Trimester” after one of his many cheating scandals was exposed just before Kardashian – his then-girlfriend – went into labor with their 4-year-old daughter True.
Kardashian, 38, took Thompson back several times until he finally quit in December 2021 after it was revealed he fathered another woman’s child.
However, multiple sources told us the exes were in the middle of planning a second baby together when the reality star found out about the basketball player’s latest indiscretion.
“The baby was conceived via surrogate before it was revealed to Khloé and the public that Tristan had a baby with someone else in December,” a source shared.
Although we’ve been told the two aren’t currently dating and aren’t speaking outside of co-parenting matters, it’s possible he won’t even be in town for a baby boy, who is due any day now.
However, an insider told People that Kardashian expects Thompson to be as proactive with her son as she is with her daughter.
“Khloé wants him to be involved as much as possible,” the source claimed, adding that the Good American founder “doesn’t see herself as a single mom.”
Thompson also shares 5-year-old son Prince with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig, who was heavily pregnant when he began his romance with Kardashian.
Thompson also shares 7-month-old son Theo with fitness model Maralee Nichols, who claimed in February he has yet to meet his son or provide “financial support.”
