Dabo SwinneyThe annual soccer camp kicked off on Wednesday with the balmy 90 degree temperatures that always accompany the competition.
Swinney likes to remind all campers, “This isn’t a combine — this is a football camp,” which brought prospects from 30 states, Canada and Japan to campus for training.
5-Star 2024 Providence Day (NC) QB Jadyn Davis was offered to coaches after throwing Brandon Streeter this morning. He had the quarterbacks’ liveliest throwing arm.
2024 Pro QB and 4-Stars Adrian Posse worked this morning too. Posse has a strong arm and showed good marksmanship.
2024 4-star QB Jake Merklinger also threw this morning. Merklinger was very precise. He visited Clemson for a game last fall and is definitely a person to know.
2024 Niceville (FL) QB Harrison Orr also practiced for the staff this morning along with teammate 2023 TE Jaden Mikhael.
Four Star 2024 St Edward (OH) OL Ben Roebuck practiced this morning. Roebuck is 6-7 and looks like a franchise offensive tackle.
More offers were distributed throughout the day.
Four Star Safety 2024 Troup County (GA). Noah Dixon was offered an hour before the camp. 4* Carrollwood Day 2024 (FL) CB Tavoy Feagin Got an offer this morning. He’ll be camping in Clemson tomorrow.
2024 Buford (GA) four-star edge rusher Edrick Houston got an offer today too. Houston was on campus with a 5-star 2024 security teammate KJ Boldenwhich was also offered.
Four Star Our Lady of Good Counsel (MD) LB Aaron Chiles also took up an offer from Clemson. Chiles has offers from all major LB schools for boys, such as UGA, Auburn, TAMU, USC, Michigan, Ohio State and Notre Dame, and 26 in total.
2023 3 star Powell (TN) WR Ayden Greene camped this morning. He trained with Coach Grisham and showed reliable hands.
Former Clemson CB AJ Terrells brother Avion Terrellthe Tigers’ first offer for the class of 2023, was on campus today but did not practice.
On Thursday, 2025, WR Winston Watkins will be at camp. Yes, a relative of Sammy Watkins and a recent Texas A&M engagement. You must be thinking that a Clemson offer could change things.
2023 4 Star Rockwall (TX) WR Noble Johnson will also be camping in Clemson. He’s definitely a name to know. It will be interesting to see how that develops after he trains tomorrow.
2024 CB Omillio Agard the 4-star St. Joseph’s Prep School (PA) will be camping Thursday. Clemson recruits him for a couple of years. Will the Tigers bid? Teammate 2024 WR David Washington will also be at camp.
