The fourth set of the ongoing French Open men’s quarterfinal between Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic stands in Djokovic’s way as he leads 6-5. Nadal came from behind to equalize 5: 5. Rafael Nadal had previously won the third set 6-2 against world number one Novak Djokovic in the current men’s quarterfinals of the French Open 2022. Earlier, after falling 3-0 in the second set against Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic had won four games in the spur of the moment to win the second set 6-4. Previously, it took 49 minutes for 13-time champion Rafael Nadal to win the first set 6-2 against world number one and defending champion Novak Djokovic in the ongoing quarterfinals of the French Open at the Philippe-Chatrier Court. Djokovic and 13-time Roland Garros winner Rafael Nadal face off in a blockbuster French Open quarterfinals. The match will take place during the night session at Roland Garros, although Nadal previously expressed his desire to play during the day. On the other hand, Djokovic had indicated that he would like to face the Spaniard as late as possible. Nadal and Djokovic have previously clashed at the French Open nine times and it is Nadal who has emerged victorious seven times.
In 2021, however, Djokovic had beaten Nadal in the semifinals of the French Open and the world number one had subsequently won the title.
