Although E3 has been canceled this year, you can still follow all game news and announcements via our Summer Game Fest schedule.
The Summer Game Fest will take place on Thursday 9th June and will be accompanied by a number of other live streamed presentations from various companies and organisations.
Most notable is the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase, scheduled for Sunday, June 12th.
While there’s a reduced number of shows this year, it can still be difficult to keep track of absolutely everything, which is why we’ve put together this full schedule for the week ahead.

Summer Game Festival
Times: 11am PT / 2pm ET / 7pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
One of this week’s main events, the third Summer Game Fest, promises to show “what’s next in gaming, with huge new game announcements, world premieres, special guests and much more.”
The show’s creator, Geoff Keighley, has tried to tone down expectations by saying it will be “primarily” focused on games that have already been announced.
However, there will still be some new game announcements and “hopefully some surprises if all goes well,” Keighley said.
Keighley says he expects the show to run “about an hour and a half to two hours,” which is uncertain due to the live setup and guest appearances.
Devolver Digital
Times: 3pm PT / 6pm ET / 11pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
It wouldn’t be a Devolver Digital event without a sarcastic parody show mixing industry satire with actual game announcements, and this year will be no different.
The theme for 2022 is the “Devolver Marketing Countdown to Marketing”, so called because the publisher claims to have recognized that prominent countdown events are sometimes more popular than the events themselves.
It is hosted by “Mecha Suda 51”, a robot with a TV screen featuring the creator of No More Heroes.
Friday June 10th at the Summer Game Fest
IGN exhibition
Times: 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
Like last year, IGN will host a single event with its own series of game trailers.
The site promises “new announcements, never-before-seen gameplay, and world premieres.”
Netflix Geeked Week – Gaming
Times: 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
Netflix’s Geeked Week runs throughout the week (hence the name), with various presentations focused on movies, TV shows, and animation.
However, it’s Friday’s Games presentation that will be the most interesting for us, with new promised information on The Cuphead Show, Sonic Prime, Dota: Dragon’s Blood and Tekken Bloodline.
The broadcaster will also reveal more than 10 Netflix games, which are believed to be mobile titles.
Tribeca Games in the spotlight
Times: 12pm PT / 3pm ET / 8pm BST
Where to see: youtube
The Tribeca Festival has selected nine games to be screened throughout the festival.
The Spotlight stream shows each game in detail, along with interviews with its creators.
Planned games include A Plague Tale: Requiem, Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course, and Oxenfree II: Lost Signals.
Saturday June 11th at the Summer Game Fest

Guerrilla Collective is a popular event dedicated primarily to digital indie titles.
This year, Collective 3’s main presentation will highlight over 40 titles, most of which are listed on the Guerrilla Collective website.
Potential highlights include TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge, WrestleQuest, and This War of Mine: Final Cut.
Healthy games direct
Times: 9:30am PT / 12:30pm ET / 5:30pm BST

The Wholesome Direct takes place immediately after Guerrilla Collective 3 and focuses solely on uplifting and “comfy” games.
Wholesome promises “new game reveals, exclusive footage, and even games to be released during the show.”
A potential highlight will be Coffee Talk Episode 2, a reveal that will be particularly poignant given the passing of Coffee Talk creator Mohammad Fahmi in March.
Future Games Show
Times: 12pm PT / 3pm ET / 8pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
This year’s Future Games Show will present around 40 games.
Publishers contributing to the show include Team17, Thunderful, and Amanita Design.
Sunday 12th June at the Summer Game Fest
Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase
Times: 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
Following Sony’s State of Play presentation last week, Xbox is the only other member of the “big three” to have confirmed a presentation at the time of writing.
“This show will feature amazing titles from Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda and our partners around the world,” Microsoft said in announcing the event.
“The Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase includes everything you need to know about the diverse range of games coming soon to the Xbox ecosystem, including upcoming Xbox and PC Game Pass releases.”
PC gaming show
Times: 12pm PT / 3pm ET / 8pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
The annual PC Showcase hosted by PC Gamer will once again highlight a range of upcoming PC titles.
PC Gamer claims the show will “feature never-before-seen gameplay footage, have interesting conversations with developers, and share announcements from around the world of PC gaming.”
Monday 13 June at the Summer Game Fest
Guerrilla Collective 3.5
Times: 1pm PT / 4pm ET / 9pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
If the 40+ indie games scheduled to be showcased during Guerrilla Collective 3 aren’t enough for you, this follow-up event has even more to offer.
17 games have been confirmed on the Guerrilla Collective website so far, with the promise of “more on the day and plenty of exclusives.”
Capcom storefront
Times: 3pm PT / 6pm ET / 11pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
Capcom will host a 35-minute show that it says will provide “news and in-depth updates on previously announced Capcom titles.”
So don’t expect big new bombshells from unannounced games, but there could be more information on newly revealed games like the Resident Evil 4 remake or Street Fighter 6.
Tuesday 14th June at the Summer Game Fest
Xbox Games Showcase expanded
Times: 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST
Where to see: YouTube/Twitch
Microsoft has confirmed it will host a second 90-minute show two days after its main presentation.
Showcase Extended will “share new trailers, take a closer look at what’s new from the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, and talk to some of your favorite game developers,” the publisher promises.
While important announcements can be expected to be shown during the main showcase on June 12th, a few small surprises may be kept for this follow-up event.
