Xbox unveiled a lot of exciting news ranging from a longer look at the game at the Xbox & Bethesda Game Showcase starfield to news about surveillance 2 and DiabloIV.
For this event, Xbox only focused on games that can be played within the next 12 months. At least you don’t have to wait too long. In case you missed it, here’s a roundup of the biggest announcements and trailers.
Hollow Knight: Silk Songthe highly anticipated sequel to the popular Hollow Knight Indie title scheduled for day-one release for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. The trailer shows off the platformer’s beautiful graphics and gameplay, but there’s no official release date yet.
It is official: surveillance 2 will be free to play and early access is scheduled for October 4th. The game will also feature a new tank hero named Junker Queen. Blizzard will reveal more information about the game during an event on June 16th.
Bethesda has finally given us a longer look at the possibilities of character creation and ship building starfield, a game in the works since 2018. The highly anticipated space exploration RPG looks pretty promising from the trailer. Although the human characters still look like they were made by Bethesda.
Xbox is partnered with persona bring developer Atlus Persona 3 wearable, Persona 4 Gold, Persona 5 Royal to Xbox consoles and PC. Persona 5 RoyaI will be the first to arrive on October 21st.
DiabloIV should – finally – appear next year for both Xbox and PC. During the presentation, Blizzard showed off the game’s couch co-op capability and introduced the fifth and final class: the Necromancer.
The next Forza Motorsport comes with several upgrades
The new Forza Motorsport will come with “a new level of realism” powered by the Xbox Series X’s ray tracing capabilities. Some other changes include changes to the time of day and temperatures, tire and fuel management, detailed vehicle construction, and more.
Halo Infinites Pelican comes to Microsoft flight simulator
Microsoft Flight Simulator: 40th Anniversary Add-on – now available – power Halo infinity‘s Pelican flying in game. There will also be partnerships with the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum “in a unique collaboration,” with more details to follow at a later date.

Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels Expansion coming in July
Just like before Forza Horizon games, ForzaHorizon 5 Also gets a Hot Wheels Expansion Pack that lets you build and race custom tracks created with virtual track pieces. The expansion, coming July 19, will also include new cars, including the 2021 Hennessey Venom F5 and the 2000 Hot Wheels Deora II.
A new Minecraft Spin off is on the way
Minecraft Legends is a new action-strategy spinoff that challenges you to “unite the overworld.” The trailer features familiar, edgy-looking characters mounted on horseback to repel hordes of enemies and command teams of their own.
Buses is a new narrative game from the creators of Fallout: New Vegas
The first thing you will notice Buses is his unique art style. The narrative-style game is set in 16th-century Bavaria and comes from Obsidian, the same studio that brought us here Fallout: New Vegas.

Details are tenuous for now, but one can’t help but wonder if it has anything to do with leaked gameplay footage that Kojima asked a reporter to remove.
A loose timeline of Game Pass titles is on the way
Finally, Xbox showed off the lineup of games set to release on Game Pass for PC and Xbox over the course of the next year. This includes many of the games Xbox has teased today such as: surveillance 2, Persona 5 Royal, redfalland starfield.
